Data deletion

Alchemy Forge has no accounts: the game does not know your name or email. The only thing linked to you is an anonymous purchase identifier. At your request, we delete the data linked to it.

How to request deletion

Open the game → settings (⚙️) → "Contact us". This opens an email to alchemyforgesupport@gmail.com with your anonymous identifier already in the subject.
Write "Please delete my data" and send it.
If you have already uninstalled the game, write to alchemyforgesupport@gmail.com from the address you used to contact us before, or tell us when and what you bought: we will use this to try to find your record.

We will reply once the deletion is done, no later than 30 days after your email.

What is deleted

Your customer record in RevenueCat – the anonymous identifier and the purchase history linked to it in that service. Within 30 days.
Your support correspondence – your email address and messages. Within 30 days, unless you ask us to keep them until the conversation is over.

What is kept and why

Purchases in your Google Play or App Store account. The store keeps them, not us, so you never lose chapters you bought. After deletion they come back with "Restore purchases" in the game settings.
Anonymous analytics and crash reports in Firebase. They are not linked to the purchase identifier, so your records cannot be singled out. Firebase deletes them automatically: analytics after 14 months at most, crash reports after 90 days. You can turn analytics off at any time: game settings → "Analytics".
Game progress is stored only on your device – we do not have it. It is removed when you uninstall the app or reset progress in the settings.
